Doug Stanley – Chief Executive Officer/Chief Creative Officer
Adding a new chapter to a long and successful career as a multi-Emmy Award winner and producer, Doug Stanley is the architect behind the deeply talented team at Ridgeline Entertainment. Although he is best known for his work with Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch,” he has also produced top shows for FOX, ABC, Animal Planet, and Country Music Television (CMT). Stanley is credited with designing innovative camera packages for use in extreme environments featured in the “Ice Road Truckers,” “Black Gold,” and “Lobster Wars.” As Stanley puts it, he is “a visual storyteller who enjoys seeing the story pass through the lens.”
Glenn Carnahan – Chief Operations Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Ridgeline Entertainment, LLC, Glenn Carnahan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Windspire Energy, Inc., a venture-backed micro wind energy manufacturing and distribution company, and Solar Power, Inc, a publicly traded solar integrator (OTC BB: SOPW.OB). During his tenure at Solar Power, Inc., Mr. Carnahan successfully guided the Company from a start-up to its public status while expertly maneuvering the complex process of a reverse merger. Carnahan developed the Sarbanes-Oxley controls and compliance programs for Solar Power, Inc. In addition, he held several financial roles for Coca- Cola Enterprises (CCE) and for the Robert Mondavi Corporation.
Victor Nappe – Chief Marketing Officer/Chief Technical Officer
Victor Nappe is an Internet pioneer and innovator in disruptive technology. Known as the “Godfather of Internet Cash” because he created the first payment processing network that enabled secure online purchases using prepaid calling cards, Nappe has a long and lucrative career bringing new, global-changing software to market. He worked closely with Steve Jobs at Apple and NeXT developing strategic partnerships and helped many startups reach long-term profitability. His vast knowledge in the business and technology sectors has earned him guest-speaking engagements on ABC, CNN, CBS, NBC, and CNBC. To complement his in-depth online technology background and experience, Nappe is also a successful film producer and director.
Brian Bose – VP Marketing
After nearly 10 years working as a reporter and editor, where he earned several “Story of the Year” awards, Brian Bose took his writing skills into the marketing and public relations arenas. With a creative, AP-style that transcends all industries, Bose has successfully written press releases, website copy, blogs, marketing and sales materials, scripts, and advertisement slogans for a variety of well-known companies and individuals. Prior to joining Ridgeline, he successfully ran his own PR firm that focused on utilizing the latest online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness via savvy copy.
Lisa Farr – VP Operations
An experienced entrepreneur, Lisa Farr has the proven ability to transform an innovative idea into a growing corporation. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Occam Networks, a manufacturer of Broadband Loop Carrier equipment for telecommunication service providers. While at Occam, Farr raised a total of $41M in venture funding. Before co-founding Occam she held various software engineering and program management positions at Cisco Systems and Cadence Design Systems. For the past 8 years, Farr has been working in television and film production as an editor, color corrector, and in-studio and live event director.
Terri Simpson – Business Development
In addition to 25 years in media, digital, sales, advertising and marketing, Terri Simpson has owned radio stations, been a pioneer in digital (early on becoming VP Digital Broadcast for Tribune Company), founded enterprises that cut a new path for customer-facing environmental enterprise, enjoyed serial success as a fundraiser, been a leader in the multi-cultural marketplace, designed and implemented affiliate models that broke new ground and sold, for a profit, two of her own companies.
David Manning – Business Development
A results-driven corporate specialist, David Manning brings 15-plus years of professional leadership to SmackDab. For 10 years, he served as a business solutions expert at Verizon ensuring the newest technology seamlessly transcended all screens. Manning has also served as a consultant and account executive at UPS, CXO Collective, and World Pay. As director of the American Marketing Association Dallas Chapter, Manning is focused on connecting rich media technology companies with top brand names around the globe.
Kim Johnson – Business Development
With 24 years at the forefront of integrated media sales, sales management, and business development, Kim Johnson set the bar high. Having launched interactive sales strategies for thousands of radio station websites, been an architect and builder of profitable audience development models, and pioneered interactive and mobile programs for traditional media companies, Johnson has been responsible for well in excess of $100 million in new revenues. Along the way, Johnson has been the VP of Sales for Clear Channel Radio’s corporate Internet Division, served as SVP of Digital Sales and Sales Strategy for Tribune Company, and helped a number of start-ups grow to profitability.
Bob Crowley – Strategic Advisor
Bob Crowley is the founder and Managing Partner of The Mustang Group, a Boston-based private equity group that invests in profitable middle-market companies. Crowley is an investor, entrepreneur, and athlete with more than 30 years operating expertise as a Founder, CEO/senior executive and investor. His specialties include founding, investing and managing software, sports, digital media, consumer products and media & cable television. In 10 years, Crowley predicts Facebook will look a lot like Comcast Cable.
Gene Lim – Strategic Advisor
Gene Lim has more than 20 years experience in marketing and advertising. Lim is a graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business. He is a strategic leader with talents in concept development, design, branding, marketing, promotions, emergent technologies and a commitment to excellence that make him a unique asset. He was previously the founder and partner of Mozaik, a packaging and displays firm, and Tunis, a marketing promotions firm, still operating successfully and currently owned by a public company. Lim has raised millions of dollars in contributions from Fortune 500 corporate partners and represents the United States on the G20 YEA (Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance).

Adam Dubov – Strategic Advisor
An Emmy Award-winning creative digital media executive, Adam Dubov has an extensive track record of achievement in motion pictures, television, entertainment marketing and the Internet. For the past seven years, he has directed HBO’s online digital content strategy and last year received an Emmy Award for the Game of Thrones Viewer’s Guide. Without question, Dubov sits at the intersection of technology and entertainment, and knows exactly how to create rich and insanely popular online destinations.
